I brought my car here for an auto detail. Was told by the very professional fellow at the front desk about the cleaning and the many steps in the process that would be performed on my car. Was supposed to be a " interior and exterior detail" . Very professional guy who seem very knowledgeable was probably in on the whole scam, said it would be done by the end of the day And to pick it up at 530. I received a call later that afternoon telling me my car was ready. I was surprised that it was finished so quickly only being about an hour or two. When I came to pick up my car it looked ok at first, I paid the $200.00 dollars and went back to work. At the end of the day when I got in my car to head home from work the car reaked off wet dog and I then noticed that the carpet had not been cleaned at all. It looked like someone had gotten the carpet wet and simply smeared the dirt deeper into the floor! On closer inspection the whole inside of car was a mess. The windows were dirty, the seats smelled terrible and that wasn't even the worst part! because the inside of my car was so aweful I decided to take a closer look at the outside. I found a slight crease along the whole right side of the car ! Someone had been driving my car and had wreaked it on something. It was a side swipe! I called the shop immediately to find out what the h*** had happened. The Person who answered the phone said that they would clean the car again if I wasn't happy...! I told them I want them to repair the damage that was caused to my car, but they stated that it was already that way. Outrageous !

 Please , do not trust your car with these people. They WILL rip you off. The WILL use your car and damage it. They WILL laugh in your face if you hold them accountable. They guy are not from this country. They are scary, shady, dishonest people. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from them. They have terrible review which I wish i had bothered to look at before they ruined my car. Don't even believe me, just look at what other people have to say about their experience with ace car reconditioning . 

 I am am making this report because I do not want anyone one else to fall victim to these terrible gangsters. Protect yourself , do your research.
