Mike sold me a Canon Color Copier C3220G for $899. At time or purchase he said toner was full and in complete working condition. I asked for a test print but he showed me an already printed test page as he claimed he didn't know how to network the printers. He assured me that there were no issues.  I believed his word.

Mike told me that i must contact a computer network technician in order to connect to the network and use as a network printer or i can directly connect to a single computer.  When came home I was unable to directly connect to a pc either because it does not have a USB jack to So i hired a network technician who tried every possible outcome for 3 hours and i paid him $250. The technician told me that the printer is BROKEN. Not working properly.

I called mike and explained the situation, he said that 100% he tested it and is working perfect! He said my technician is using wrong drivers. He refuse to resolve, just said that my network professional is not doing it correctly. I had no choice to hire another technician

I called another technician to get a second opinion.  He also tried for several hours. i paid another company $150.
He said the printer is BROKEN!

I called cannon and spent an hour with the canon technician to get a third opinion. Canon said that its BROKEN.

Then i tried to just make a few copies to test the function, The printer is giving warning messages that the toners are all low. when I do copy, the image is very blurry.

I called mike again and explain the situation, he said that he is sorry and would give me my money back on Monday Labor Day Sept. 1st.

BECAUSE of what he told me, I bought another copier. another Canon C3220 from another vendor. When I called to let mike know that I am returning his printer on Monday, he said no refunds! Period. He also said that his office is closed. He also said that he lives very far away from his office and cannot go.  He said his business partner lives far and can't come either.  I told him that i would take him to court if he did not resolve this issue.  He said go ahead do what ever i want to do but he wont refund my money.

i just simply do not trust him anymore. I dont want another broken printer from him either. I bought another printer because he said he would refund my money. I trusted his word.  Now he refuses to keep his word.
