Ubit LLC Uber.com I was a driver who leased a vehicle from Ubit International in order to drive for Uber.com. I was first given a PT Cruiser. It had a check engine light on. The car was a "gas hog" & would periodically "chug along". The vehicle was so bad a passenger vomited. Luckily, he gave enough warning & I was able to pull over before he did so in the vehicle. I reoorted the problems.  Scottsdale, Arizona for Ubit, LLC. Internet

According to Daniel from Ubit, Apex in Phoenix Arizonauplicate the conditions I reported, but we will give you another car". Actually, I forgot a few things. My apologies. When my significant other & I first met Daniel & Brian Lovelace, we were told I would have the first week "free". I was later billed for $199.46. They stated that they "never offered and free week & were "nice enough to prorate 4 days for you, given your circumstances". After turning in the PT Cruiser, I was given a 2005 blue Mazda 6 to drive. The car has some scuff mark and scratches, otherwise it was immaculate. I was happy with the vehicle

. I worked many hours, yet the Uber application kept being turned off. I was informed this was due to the fact that I had "refused Ubit's offer to upgrade my technology through them". Uber sent emails regarding this "problem" and that perhaps I should give Ubit MORE of my money for a "better" phone. Ubit turned off the application themselves & made sure I didnt recieve many riders. I recieved many tips from riders, my "star rating" was 4.91 and I recieved MANY compliments for how great of a driver I was. I passed tourist information to any who were not from the area & talked with many passengers about ways to improve my knowledge of the area & best times to drive. I was an excellent, informative & exceedingly kind driver. To be labeled as "lazy & filthy" by Ubit has hurt my heart, when I gave them my all.

Kristie originally chose a pt cruiser as her first choice out of what we had available. She took the vehicle and then started reporting problems with the car, we scheduled an emergency maintenance for her but could not reproduce any of the problems she mentioned, we had a second mechanic inspect it without finding anything either. As a curtousey we then offered her a different vehicle which she accepted. Our leases are no money down and you don't pay until your first check comes, so this was all without her even paying anything yet. Ubit has never offered or advertised the first week fee. In fact before releasing the vehicle we explained to Kristie how the first week is prorated to equal how many days she had the car instead of charginf for a full week. We lease drivers our cars with no money down, no security deposit, no credit check, and no employment verification, we don't need to offer the first week free because it's already a great opportunity. I think Kristie may be confused about our capabilities and that we have no connection with Uber. We don't offer to upgrade phones through us because we don't lease anything other than cars. I would like to see any proof of the offer to upgrade her technology through us, we don't do this what so ever. I would also be interested to see proof that Uber suggested you get a phone through us as we aren't affiliated in any way with Uber.

Ubit has no control over the Uber app and does not have the power or capability to control how many riders a driver gets. It would also be of no benefit for us to restrict the volume of riders even if we could, we want Lessee's to do well so that they continue to lease from us. In fact when Kristie informed us that she was having problems getting riders we gave suggestions on how to be successful and worked with her on solutions to her problems. While Kristie did return both vehicles dirty and with less gas then she received them with, we never called her filthy. While Kristie didn't work the full time hours she said she would work, we never called her lazy. These are 2 more things that evidence of should be produced as they never happened. If there are any other questions regarding this we would be happy to answer them. For more information please contact us or visit our website at ubitinternational.com.
