this is the one of the biggest ripoff in health care and the rudest ever .they think they can just take you money like it,s there,s and get away with it.when i called to cancelle my membership and ask to speak to the customer care rep that i spoke with in the beginning ,everthing went down hill would not transfer my calls to the individual i spoke with , kept putting me on hold for long periods of time and when i hang up and call back the number kept going to voice mail
