This company uses desperate, niave, uneducated and straight up ignorant people to do there leg work. NOW, if I was informed that I was going to be a lead generator for a salary pay, then I would NOT be typing this up right now, but the fact is, I was a TOP sales manager before I worked at UBS and am currently one in my new position. I know sales and I know that there is many scam companies like this one that is just trying to make the most amount of money as possible without using several middle men to get there. Well, all I can say is that this company has the potential but the current ingorance that runs the show is so far gone that it will NEVER rebuild and actually get what they need, DIRECTION! There are no systems in place, only uneducated people reaping the benfits from the hard working.

Here is my story, nothing more, nothing less...I worked there for two months. I started off on the phones, cold calling, fronting leads to the outside sales reps. I did not want the outside sales rep position when I started because I did not have a drivers license or a vehicle then. Once I found out they gave out cars to there TOP sales reps, I was all in. Now it only took me a few weeks to understand, the only people getting a car were the ones who turned a cold shoulder to what was really going on there... At this time I did not have another job so yes making something, anything was imperative! Any way, 30 days after I started the manager came into the office and said, everyone can leave, Were letting go of everyone to REVAMP and start fresh! I was in complete shock! I made more appiontments then anyone! But as I was walking away, I got a call from Nick B***, GM/President/Owner (Doesn't come out of his office to engage, just hids and acts like he's king almighty)  asking me to come back a WEEK later for the outside sales position. To me, one week out of work was okay, at least I still kind of had a job. I needed money so at this point i did not care what they were doing or how they were doing it. I was one of niave and desperate.. When I started I explained I have no vehicle so they let drive around the "office/sales manager" WE DID NOTHING! All she wanted to do was get drunk and party. So in my eyes, I was going to take her position with my eyes closed. I told her I'd split the commission if she actually drove me to a building to cold call. I was almost there and NICK fired the manager for coming in late one day..So he let me take the car... NOTE: I HAD NO DRIVERS LICENSE, yet they let me drive the company car becuase they KNEW I was going to make them money.

Now this position was offering $750.00 a week plus $1,500.00 in commission if I sold a certain amount. Don't you know, I was $100.00 away from my gaol and that commission check and I still had a week to get it. $100.00 in a week, to me, piece of cake! I was FIRED... for no apparent reason. I sat in the office with Nick for like an hour as he tried to calm me down... saying he had no reason to let me go. At that point I mean I knew I was being used, he was going to take all my sales and reap all the commissions from the owner and leave me with just a $750.00 check. I walked away with my head held high because I knew that a company would cherish what I had to offer and not just for a month or two. I am writing this because I am almost certain there are more people out there like me that are great at there job but yet gets walked all over. Take my advice, Don't waiste your time... UNLESS you are planning to only work there for like a month, collect a check and move on. It's great for someone inbetween jobs! THIS IS NOT A CAREER JOB! They sure do sell you on what a great position it is and how many oppotunities they have to offer though. Don't be a sucker like me and think your the exception and you can help change the place. READ the reviews, this has been going on for years and they are not going to change there business plan for anyone.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

I see they're still at it

AUTHOR: UCFNYY - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 09, 2016

I worked for this company as well, for three weeks, back in 2012. Having been involved in professional sales for much of my career, I found myself looking for work after being laid off due to the economic downturn at the time.

I was promised HOT leads, a turnkey program that couldn't lose, and $750 per week in training pay, plus car and cell phone allowances. What I got was leads that were often years old (many of them had rejected service previously), a corporate culture and sales system based on deception and deliberately inflated statistics, and a pay structure that reverted to minimum wage if you didn't convince 3 businesses to take on the free* trial in your VERY FIRST week. No product training to speak of, no support (front or back end); here are your brochures, go sell. By the way, we're out of professional, color brochures. Take these black and white photocopies with you (true story). Then we get into the obscene numbers you'd have to post to get the car and cell money. In my tenure, not one front line rep qualified. There were only two people left on the sales force who were there when I started.

Now let's talk about pay issues. They pay a week behind, so after busting my a** for two weeks, I looked forward to getting paid for it. An alleged "communication error" led to my paperwork not being filed with the corporate office in time, and I was informed that I would be paid the following Friday. That was unacceptable to me, and I made it very clear that I had the resources at my disposal to initiate legal action. I had to drive up to Broward to get that check. Finally, they attempted to withhold my last paycheck. After I was terminated for not producing (which very few people do), I was still owed a week of pay. After trying to be nice and getting nothing but the runaround in return, I had to make the DM aware that I knew of their reputation and that, once again, I was fully willing and able to take legal action. I firmly believe that that was the only reason I got that check mailed to me.

The only way I think they make money is by the sales managers poaching the warmest leads from people who give them an honest effort and succumb to the inevitable. On most of these forums, you have the occasional response and threat from a current employee. There's a VERY good reason that their posts are outnumbered as badly as they are. This is not a "promising opportunity"; it is a fraud.
