I ordered two pairs of 3D Active Shutter glasses. These were described as "Panasonic Compatible". I paid over $120 dollars and received them in about a week.
When I received them, I read and followed the instructions closely, as the glasses needed to be synchronized to the infrared signal of the TV. My 3D TV and 3D BD player are BOTH Panasonic, so I was excited that these glasses would be a less expensive alternative.
The first pair failed to synchronize after repeated attempts. I tried the second pair and had the same poor results. I then proceeded to contact Carl Fragoso, as his contact information was in the packaging materials. I explained that I was not having any luck with the glasses. And he's positive, quick response went like this:
Thanks so much for your purchase! Sure thing, I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have. [continued below]....
..... Please let us know the model number of your television and 3D Blu-ray player and I can further assist you right away.

I replied with the requested information, and awaited a response. For three days, I waited, and heard nothing. I then read the return policy, which stated that returned merchandise needed to be post marked within 21 days of receipt, so I then shipped the items back straight away. I sent the items USPS, with a delivery confirmation, which was tracked, and shows the items were indeed successfully returned to the company.
That will be three weeks ago in a couple of days. After several email attempts, I have heard NOTHING, and I have not seen any refund of my $120+. The product never worked, and I've never heard from anyone since that first email. Now, I'm out not only the money, but the merchandise as well.
