We used this company for 18 Months and had nothing but trouble with them! They are an alarm company that sell security services to businesses and area residents. The alarm was not working right and to get them to inspect the unit was going to cost over $50.00 / Hr for the tech to do the inspection!
When we wanted to cancel the agreement, they informed us that we have 5 year agreement in place, this was a surprise as the sales person sold us ONE year! Come to find out that we fell victim to their misleading sale tactic and that while we were sold a year service, we ended up signing 5 year term that was well hidden in their fine print area! Now they are threatening us and sent us a collection letter demanding payment for remainder of the term.
Buyers be aware, stay away from UltraGuard, they are very deceiving!
