In February, 2014, I took advantage of a pre-order option for a product that was going to be released in the spring.  Spring came and went, and I received no product.  However, I didn't panic.  I trusted the man behind the company, Mellen-Thomas Benedict, who had become somewhat of a spiritual icon following his report of a near-death experience.  Plus, there were sporadic reports of "coming soon, sorry for the delay," etc. Another spring went by--no product.  I got anxious, started to feel ripped off, called the company, and they were extremely reassuring.  So I waited again.  Now we are into the 3rd spring.  There are no more updates, they are not answering my emails, and their voice message box is full.  With tax included, I'm out $784.09.
