On August 27, 2015, I paid a $700 deposit and delivered my property to be worked on. After numerous phone calls and visits, the work had not begun by November 9. I cancelled the agreement for non-performance and demanded my property back. They refused. I filed a lawsuit the same day seeking return of my property (The deposit will be handles by PayPal and American Express). 

In researching who these crooks are, I found 4 more civil lawsuits against them and traffic and criminal offenses too numerous to count. If you seach the Sarasota County Clerk website under the "criminal records" section, with the name "Polubinski", you will find 164 entries. These are all them. The dad, Jack Polubinski, the son, Jack Polubinski, Jr. and all of their aliases. Plus their daugther, ex-wife, paternity suit, etc. etc. There are traffic violations too numerous to count, boating violations, misdemeanor assault, felony stolen property, it goes on and on and on. 

These are professional crooks whose business exists only so they can live high on the hog and drive flashy loud cars. They also look iike buffed out tattood convicts on their Facebook pages where they displeay their cars and boats and women, so they should be presumed dangerous.
