November 17th 2012 i went into underground station/journeys to order a pair of Steve Madden boots my sister was with me and she wanted the same pair the sales associate Phil was blasting music and walking we told him the shoes size we needed he went to the back and informed us that the shoes was out of stock and he could order our shoes and have them sent to our house i gave Phil my address and name. he told me that my shoes would arrive in 1 week. a week passed so i called the customer service number Phil told me to call if my shoes don't come. i called the customer service number and the first rep told me that my shoes was sent to the wrong address she said that she would have a new pair sent to my home in 3 days. well three days passed and i called back i spoke to the second rep she said the first rep wasn't suppose to tell me that she said ups has to do a tracking investigation first. a few days later ups called me and told me that the investigation was complete and to call underground station to see if they will send me my new shoes. another week passed and i was told the shoes were never put in process to be deliever my sister never receieved her check for her shoes its 12/23/12 and we have yet to get our monry back
