This company has done me wrong in so many ways until it is ridiculous! paid them to have my website renewed back in June.  I was told that my site would be back up and running within 24 hours.

After 24 hours, my website was still down.  I called and emailed them numerous times.  You can never get them on the telephone.  So don't even try.  I emailed and asked to speak with someone and they said that they only reply via email.  However, when my website was created they had plenty of time to speak to me then on the phone...probably because they were getting over $1,000 from me at the time.

After several weeks, I received an email saying that my files were lost and they were not sure if they could be found.  I again emailed them and asked for someone to call me...but, of course, no one called me.  Weeks continued to pass by and my website was still not set up. 

I emailed the owner, Ashley Dixon, on her personal email and she didnt respond to my either.  It has been 3 months, and my website is still not loaded despite having paid them $350.  No one has apologized or even tried to call me. 

Ths company has costed me thousands of dollars in business revenue by not having an active website.  I cannot access my email accounts, because they have all of my passwords and will not email them to me even after I made several requests! 

This company is a complete ripoff and waste of time!  What kind of company would be in business and never respond to emails or calls their clients?  One that rips off people, that's who!  Any company with good business practices would refund my money entirely. 

I now have to spend several hundreds of dollars, if not thousands, to get my website back in order.  I even reached out to Ashley Dixon on social media and she had the nerve to block me...yet, she continues to promote this unethical business all over social media.  Again, 3 months later and I still do not have a website or email passwords and have not received any correspondence from this company in nearly two months.  Fraud, Scam, Liars, Cheaters, and Stealers are words that would sum Ashley Dixon and Unforgettable Web Designs and Marketing up quite nicely.
