Union Acceptance Company UAC, Monroe, NC ICARSNOW.COM DOES NOT REPORT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU!!!!! Monroe NORTH CAROLINA

I was in need a a vehicle that would last me for a couple of years and report to the Credit Bureau. I was referred to ICARS in Charlotte, NC.

I went I test drove a few, went to a couple of other places, and ultimately decided that ICARS would best fit my needs at the time.

After paying off the vehicle in full I was told by my loan officer that I should expect to see that my account was paid in full within 30 - 90 days, I patiently waited three months......nothing....I called.....told it should have been on there, was told they would fix it.....another 5 months.....Nothing....I called again...transferred to a voicemail....called again. same thing... 1.5 years later I called again and was told it should be on there and they only report to equifax. I informed them I have been checking and it is not there at that time I was transferred to a nameless voicemail again.

Seriously!!! SO I did my part it is not fair for them to not do theirs. They advertise establishing credit, how else is this supposed to work effectively if you do not report!
