On August 13th 2013 I received an unsolicited piece of mail from Union Workers Credit Services that implied I was "approved" for $10,000 in credit as a platinum member approval number 0729,382,7890 and billed a "members fee" of $37.00 upon my acceptance.  Further, it was stipulated that I would be charged an interest rate of 5% APR for the money.  Because of the unrealistic nature of the letter I called the number and could not reach any live person, but was eventually asked to put my "Approval Number" in at which time it was revealed that this was a scheme to provide limited "goods" or products and evidently no true cash value as was stated in the implied credit line.  This is clearly a scam.
