Unique Insurance, 4245 N. Knox, Chicago, should be investigated by Attorney General Lisa Madigan for being fraudulent. I was rear-ended on 8/11/06 by Unique Insured driver, and per state law, settled on scene, as there was under $500 damage to my bumper.

Unique gave me a claim #, and sent me to a "junk yard" for an estimate. Been a battle ever since. Unique reps very rude, continue to put me in voice mail of manager when I complain. No return calls. "Mark", the claim rep, claims he cant get a hold of Unique insured, Leo Mims of Bolingbrook.

Bottom line, they insure people but never pay out claims. Criminal outfit!
