I took out a loan for $200 back in March 2012, I was to understand that the repayment amount would be $260, They have been taking $60 out of my account since March, and this month they tried to take $110. Now even I can count that is much more than $260 that was agreed upon.

They Conned their way into your checking account$$$

Unfortunately, they somehow conned you into using an auto-pay, or debit system to access the 'monthly" payback amount. You need to report them immediately to your state attorney general's office, send them copies of your contract, and your bank statements showing the March 2012 to August 2012 withdrawals of $370.00 dollars. This bank account, payday lenders are heavily regulated, and in many state have already been out-lawed. Hopefully, you can cut them off by closing the bank account they have access to, or stopping the auto-draws from your end. Take your contract in, and show the excessive amounts removed above your contract amount. Banks traditionally DON'T LIKE "pay day lenders" of any kind, and may be of assistance you filing a complaint even.
And on another note:
Striderq Columbia (U.S.A.)) Is a fake, blogger for hire, and works for one of those"reputation defender' companies. He trolls the clouds, looking for any postings about any company he has been hired to 'rebuttal' against. His "rebuttals" are usual excessively long winded, and he always "claims" to "have worked" in the "industry" that the poster complained about. He is "critical" about the poster, but does not address the issues posted in the complaint. He uses "cliched" statements. So, dis-regard any of this guys postings on the web, internet, www or the cloud. I have read streams of his postings under this handle And he may use more identification handles to operate.

When do I repay? Your repayment is the best part. The minimum required payment will be deducted from your bank account. You get cash when you need it most and repay when you have it!
Still a little short on payday? No problem! Online customers are automatically renewed every pay period. Just let us know when you are ready to pay in full, and we will deduct your loan plus fees from your bank account.
Have you told them to take the full amount out for complete payment?? If not then they will continue to take just the Interest amount. Hope this helps.
