when i called my bank they said the different amounts cannot allow a stop payment and they suggested i just close out my account.
called unitedcashloans to resolve this matter and woman was rude to me and said they would still be taking an additonal $160 to completely close loan. by this point, i had already paid them a total of $525.00
told lady i would never have agreed to these terms and orginial loan was going to be paid in full by my next paycheck but they did not take full amount as agreed and kept tacking on additonal charges because of non-payment
recently a coworker told me of an extremly rude foreign speaking man with thick accent that demanded that yes i was at work even though he was told several times i was not in. when front desk clerk asked for his name he said he was a police officer. she asked for his number and he hung up.
they have called my phone about an average of 4x a day, whether it is morning, noon, or night.
someone should file a law suit against these people! it is unacceptable to be stealing from hard working folks in this troubling economy. i would gladly sign my name to any petition to do so
