United Consumer Financial Services UCFS Avoid UCFS!!! Westlake Ohio

After purchasing a Kirby in May, 2013 using the one year 'same as cash' option, I made sizeable payments during the first 3 months and thought I'd paid off balance by August, 2013. I  took UCFS off of my online  I banking payment options, never heard from them and never gave it another thought.  Then,  last week I received a bill from UCFS indicating I still had a balance, which of course had accumulated interest. When I called to  inquire about why I had never heard from them if there was such a balance ($64!), they insisted  I should have known. I've used 'same as cash' options for many large purchases and wouldn't just 'forget' I had a small balance and I'm furious!!!
