Approx. last week of September 2002 I received a call from FREELINE FIDELITY in reference to a Master Card credit card. They were offering me a credit line up to $3,000.00, all I had to do was pay $299.00 and with in 2 weeks I would receive this card at the same time I could also call back and cancel at any time. The name of the person who called to make the offer is Mr. Michael Simon in our conversation he put me on hold for someone else to verify the information and to give me the following numbers: BS204 with a tracking number of 173954.

At this time I went ahead and gave FREELINE FIDELITY my checking account number and permission to deduct the money one the 4th of October. I call the customer service number 1-866-898-8999 prior to the 4th of October and changed the date to the 22nd of October. Prior to the 22nd approx. on the 18th I called back and changed the date again because I knew that I would not have enough in the bank to cover this draft and the new date was now suppose to be on November 5th.

On October 21st this draft of $299.00 was presented to my bank causing me INS funds of $19.00 I am not sure yet, but usually these drafts are like checks and can be presented 2 times if that is so my account has been changed $19.00 2 times to a total of $38.00. On October 25th I tried calling FREELINE FIDELITY and kept getting a busy signal. I tried again on October 30th and finally got someone whom I could not hear what he was saying and could not understand him either this man could not speak clear English and could not give me any information what so ever I asked to speak with a manager and I was told by this person 4 times and I believe it was "The manager is on the other line and will call you back".

I was pissed off and I am not going to deny that I hang up and waited no one called so I called again and reached an employee that I could understand I gave her my name and phone number and explain to her what my problem was. She said..."I will fill out a report for you and ATTEMPT to get your money back to you, but that is all I can do I can not promise you that you will get your money". Well I'm sorry this is not enough for me and I told her that and requested to speak with a manager and was again told that the manager was in another call.

I then asked her for her company's address so that I could mail them a copy of the INS funds from my bank to try to get my money back when I was told by this person that since I was not a customer that she could not provide me with an address for her company. I reply to her that I was a customer when they went behind my back and try to take the money from my account causing an overdraft she in turn replied that she did not do that herself and she had nothing to do with this it was the company that did that I than had to explain to this person that she works for FREELINE FIDELITY, therefore she represents FREELINE FIDELITY and when I say you caused this overdraft I am refering to FREELINE FIDELITY not her personally she dissagreed with me and we got into a yelling match and I did call her a few choice words nothing that I would want to repeat to you now, but it wasn't long before I hang up on her that the manager that was on the other line called me back when I answer the phone he asked for me I asked who is calling and he identified himself as the supervisor of FREELINE FIDELITY and went on to say "...are you going to speak with me the way that you spoke with my employee" and I said if I don't get my money back I am capable of speaking to you worst than I did with her.

He would not hear me out before I hang up I told him that I was contacting BBB he told me to go ahead and have fun. SO... here I am having fun I need your help I want my money back that is all that I want also I told this manager and the employee to cancel my request for the November 5th withdraw of $299.00 from my checking account. I am fully aware that most people can get a credit card for free, but you do need a good credit reading which I don't have and with the holidays on the way I wanted to give my son a nice Christmas I am a single parent, I work the midnight shift in a nursing home as a CNA, my sons birthday was on October 19th and I couldn't even buy him a birthday cake, I have been living from pay check to pay check please help me get my money back that is all I want. Thank you in advance.
