We hired this company on 9/28/16 to trim all my trees, cut down 3 trees and remove 5 stumps via stump grinding. On that day James (owner) accomplished all except for the stump grinding. James assured me he would be back the next Saturday to do stumps. At this time I paid him in full because he assured me he would be back Saturday. Saturday come around no one showed up. I called James and he assured me they would be out next day to do stumps. After numerous no shows and promises by James they are still not done. I have repeatedly called James (816-456-2705) and their company number (816-263-2222) and now they aren't returning any calls. I paid 1400 dollars for this and all I want is my stumps ground or re-imburse me for stumps.

AUTHOR: united general contracting - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, October 10, 2017
being you got a full refund for your 1400 dollars and had your tree's removed for free due to a misunderstanding from a previous employee james, like you mentioned. as the actual owner of united general contracting I must request that you take this down or at least make this right because we certainly did, this has been up here on this site for nearly a year if not longer and seeing you were paid back within a couple weeks of this incident it would be much appreciated if you cleared the air. thank you.
