United Parcel Service UPS Tracking number unreliable; UPS rips off buyer and seller Nationwide

Be extra wary of anything shipped by UPS.  Lots of online sellers use UPS. 

UPS ripped off me and the seller with a lie.  A lazy driver never delivered an item I ordered.  The driver never called me from the locked lobby.  There is no record on my phone of a call. 

UPS never left the package with staff as they sometimes do.  UPS never left the package at my door or in the locked lobby.

The tracking number says the item was delivered but does not say where.  It was actually returned to the seller's wharehouse/inventory to their loading dock.  I got a card from UPS May 13 that told me they would hold the item until May 11. 

UPS never delivered the package but someone says on the tracking that it was "delivered".  Where? 

The seller and I both were robbed by UPS but I have to pay the full amount for the item that I never got and for the shipping.

UPS claims innocence since all they do is deliver packages.

I'll stick with the US Postal Service where federal law means they have to rectify a situation like this.  If mail delivery and package delivery is privatized, everyone will have a story of lost packages and ripped off money by UPS
