This is a ripoff company that no one should pay for debts. THey apparently change names and we need to have all your complaints reported. They have regularly violated the Fair Deb Collection Practice act. Apparently they avoid civil judgments by being judgment proof. Which means they need to be pursued by goverment for criminal violations of collection laws. F.T.C. can be complained to at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ Please follow up on these complaints the new administration may take action.

UNITED PROCEESING INC AND UNITED LEGAL ARE TWO COMPLETLY DIFFERENT COMPANIES!!!!! ONE IS IN JACKSONVILE FLORIDA. THE OTHER IS IN MIAMI FLORIDA. WE DO NOT WISH TO BE AFFILIATED WITH COMPANY IN MIAMI, WHICH IS WHY THE NAME WAS CHANGED! IF YOU DEBTORS WOULD NOT TAKE OUT LOANS U HAVE NO INTENTIONS ON PAYING FOR NO ONE WOULD HAVE THIS PROBLEM!

Who called?
What did they say? Are they demanding payment immediately? (same day?)
Threatening with arrest?
Did they have accents?
There is a group of hackers that are scamming people with FAKE COLLECTIONS
They go by United Legal Processing, US National Bank and Federal Bureau of Investigations.
they hacked a payday loan website and are now terrorizing people into paying debts they don't owe - by threatening immediate arrest.

Never let any debt collector initimidate you into doing anything. You need to take a deep breath and say no at first then take a few minutes and do the internet research. You have rights and although some collections agencies will use these same types of threats - it is illegal for them do so. They do not want you to do the research and find out they are violating Federal Laws
