I received a phone call from this telephone number and my caller ID identified the number as originating from Oregon. An automated message played, promising a free cruise for two, should I complete the 10 question survey. The message did not state that I would be entered for a chance to win or that it was a POSSIBILITY that I may win. The automated message stated (on several occations) that upon completion, I would be directed to a live operator and given further instructions as to the cruise.

Upon completion of the survey, I was directed to a live operator, as promised. The operator congratulated me and then asked for my name, zip code, and email address before directing me to www.surveycruise.com to login and read more information regarding the cruise I had won. I provided this information and the call was disconnected.

Once disconnected, I immediately went to the website provided. I was asked to enter my telephone number, zip code, and email address in order to complete registration. to find that I could not complete the registration as I continued to get an error that read as such: "Our records show that your information is inconsistent. Please feel free to contact us here if you need assistance." When I attempted to correct the information (my last name was spelled incorrectly by the agent) the error remained. When the hyperlink was clicked, I was directed to a form to complete. However, when submitted, the following page appeared: (Please excuse the lengthy message)

System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +627

The webaddress at that time was http://surveycruise.com/contact2.aspx
