United Road Wasted a month of my time! Romulus Michigan

 United Road siad they could tranport my car from KC to Idaho for a certain price. Then did nothing but waste my time.   On the web site they state it will take 1 to 7 weekdays to find a carrier and pick up the car, 2 to 5 weekdays to deiliver the car. After taking my money they tell me it will take up to 10 weekdays to find a driver.   After about 8 days they call me and say the car isn't paid for yet, I said yes it is. I called the person I bought the car from and had him call to state that the car was paid for. Now my 10 days start but on the web site it says the 1 to 7 weekdays start when they get their payment. That was some 8 days ago.   The deal with the car owner was to have the car picked up two weeks after buying it. So now I have to call him and ask him if I can have two more weeks to pick up the car.   After waiting 8 weekdays I called United Roads to see if my car has been picked up yet they say it has not and when they find a driver the driver will call me. I said it has been 8 weekdays so this is going to happen in the next two days, right?   Two days later I get an email that they are having a hard time finding a carrier and I have three options #1 get my money back #2 expedited alternative @ an additional cost #3 keep the order as is and let them keep looking for a driver.   The next day I call them to get the full story they tell me that because it has snowed now, it is going to cost me $1,900.00 and not the $1.200.00 I was qutoted. To this I replied I just want my money back.   Now it has been a full month since all this started I don't have my money back yet. At this time I am unable to hire someone else to transport the car, I don't happen to have another $1,200.00 just laying around so I'm stuck. I feel I was really mislead or just flat out lied to!!!     Thank You for your time!
