United States Financial Resources The guy called my phone saying he's calling on behalf of the united sates financial resources. He told me that I could qualify for a grant and all I need to do is pay a one time application fee of $3.97. I had not had time to go to the web site so I didn't find it until today when I went to get my children something to eat and my debit card was declined. I thought the employee wasn't swiping the card right until I called and found out that a purchase of $59.95 had been removed from my account which had no consent from our knowledge from me. it was so sad for my children. I am very angry and hurt. I just want our money back. Nationwide

I received the call on January 28th 2014 from a guy who said he was with United States financial resources he told me that I could qualify for a grant and that the grant is legit and I don't have to pay it back. he said I can use it for school or school supplies in returning back to school. at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it. seeing that I do have plans to go back to school he explained to me that it will be easier if I pay a one-time application fee and they help me with the grant. this one time fee was $3.87 and he said there was no other charges or payments for the future but today I went to purchase my children something to eat and my card was declined they had took $59.95 off my card.
