United States Postal Service PO box Fraud. port saint lucie Florida

Opened a PO Box in the Port Saint Lucie post office at 2255 Veteran's Memorial PKWY. in March. They put the wrong last name on the account. When I went to register my PO box to my online USPS account, it would not take it & that is when I discovered the error 5 days later.

They told me they would only give me 3 of the 6 months back when I asked for a refund. I asked for a refund because their carrier told my neighbors I opend a PO box w/ the intention of traveling to foreign countries.  I had asked him months prior how long they would hold my mail. When he said only one month, I went in for the box not knowing he was going to broadcast my personal information to the world & more specifically the stalkers on my street.

The lady at the window quickly processed a 3 month refund when I told her I only wanted a full refund. They reopened the account & was going to get my refund after I go the 3 months they wouldn't give back. I went in in May & the box wasn't even in my name, yet I was able to open it & I filmed it. It's not the 31.00 dollars I spent for 6 months. It's the government, we cant' lose our jobs no matter what,  harrassment; and that leads people to dispute the most minute of deatils.

I had even gone in and wrote on mail that was in there, at what I thought was in error, and told them it was there in error & put in back in the mail. These people are a* clowns who can't mind their own business.
