Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I can not beleive that the poeple who run this company think they will get anywhere with people they are trying to collect from by talking to them like they are dirt on the bottom of peoples shoes. Threats, and being rude will get you know where.
The managers are rude, the collectors are rude. The manger was yelling at me over the phone and threatned me with the District Attorney's office, he also said that he did a back ground check on me. Is that even legal for someone to do?
Bottom line. If you are nice and handle things professionaly you may get somewhere.

To the person who wrote the complaint:
Sounds like you were not able to fulfill something like a signed agreement, and when asked to resolve, you went into defensive mode because they were not digesting your excuses the way you presumed they would. Have you ever heard the one about the word ASSUME??
Next time, think before you assume someone will just digest your excuses. They are trying to run a business!
