united truck group of gulfport ms. american truck, united truck capitol, we paid 9500 down of a red w900 trk got to the dealer they had sold it i had to choose another trk or lose money sorry sob in my book gulfport, Mississippi

myself and my fiance put 9500 dollars down on a trk over the phone when we got to dealer they said the truck had a bent frame and was sold for parts. we were unhappy asked for our money and were told that they dont give money back they sweet talked us into a trk still unhappy and left , we had one problem after another just on trip home. we bought two new steer tires a mirror fell off and the check engine light came on and that costed us 1800 there the tires were another 1800 and on top our payment were due on friday, they switched it to a monday which built up late charges. after talking to them about  the lease agreement saying it was due on friday they said no and would not take charges off. they told us to bring trk into them they would refund our down payment but when got there they took trk no refund and escorted us off property where we had to go get a rental car to get back to kentucky we were robbed ;plain and simple they do it a lot.
