Received a collection notice from Universal Fidelity, LP (legal successor of Hollywood Video/Movie Gallery) for fraudulent unpaid balance of $9.58 for DVD "Bronson" rental from 5/22/10.

Family only used Hollywood video (closed 3 years ago)  to purchase old movies, never rented.

Since we were in another country on that date (husband's birthday) and the fact that there is no contact phone number or email,  it is clearly a scam.

There should be a class action suit filed.  This is fraud.
