After reading numerous other postings on this site about similar complaints, I am more suspicious. I am going to respond in writing as instructed on the back of the notice and ask that they provide more detailed information regarding this alleged deinquency. If anyone else can provide any additional advice it would be helpful. My other option is to contact a local news station and ask them to help me look into this matter. Thanks to anyone who can help with this.
