This is the worst company to work for I've worked as a limo driver the first day on the job the car that was assigned to me almost broke down while a customer was on board Mr.Gericke from St Charles it was so embarrassing when I contacted management about the issue I was ignored until the day after which it was supposedly fixed the next time the breaks went out while I was transporting a student on board after complaining about the car and the conditio of it they agreed to give me another one after 4 days having to pump the break pedal because the abs system had a leak the worst company to work ever when drivers start they have to fund mr Gordon's buisness with their own money for 2 weeks before u see a peby from the company and God forbid u get stuck in a snow storm of 19in cause u have to pay for the tow truck to get u out since it's the drivers fault unsafe cars all of them have the check engine light on the Chrysler shakes when u go 55 on the express way and the customers thinn that is the driver driving irresponsible after being hit by a semi the first thing I heard when I called dispatcher Rachel was hurry up u have more pick ups then after the accident they put the same car on the road 10 minutes later without any inspection wich is outrageous for the customer and the safety of both dricer and customer plz do not use universal limo you'll be safer riding in a cab I do have all proofs about every incident
