Michael Marshall, the sales person, call me to say that Bank Card Empire had referred me to them and that I was included in a special discounted advertising program to market my affiliation. He asked me if I was familiar with google internet browers and that my add would be placed next to a highly visible domain site search such as "Go Daddy" and when that add came up so would my add. He also stated that If I joined the program I would receive a highly reduced rate and that I would also make additional commissions paid directly from VISA because I would be increasing their business as well.

I asked him three times to explain that he is telling me that I would recieve commission above my affiliation with Bank Card Empire and that VISA would pay me as well. He stated that was the program that I would be signing up for and that I would also receive the advertising for 1/2 price. Because, I am just signed up for Bank Card Empire in early June, I did need ways to market the business and with the added bonus of additional commission from VISA as was explained to me, I signed up for the advertisement at a cost of $1500.00 for one year of internet advertising and (the bonsus from VISA, as I was told).

However, I received only a form for me to sign to approve the $1500 payment and no paper work regarding the agreement for VISA to pay me. Michael gave me a phone number and said that I could call him at any time and that he would be available to help me with my long term marketing needs. I called the number that Michael gave me only to be able to speak to a Nicole who would not allow me to speak to Michael. I told her about the VISA situation and wanted to know how was this to work and where was the paperwork regarding this agreement.

Nichole stated that she never heard of such aprogram and asked if I was saying that Michael misrepresented their company. I told Nichole that I understood Micheal very clearly and that was the only reason that I agreed to sign up for this program. Nichole stated that what I had purchased was advertising and they had no agreement with VISA. She stated that she would report this to the marketing manager and have him to return my call.

I called back on several ocassions to follow up with this, but I was not allowed to speak to the manger. They finally showed me the location of my advertisement that I paid $1500 for. It is posted on thier company's search engine iwebcrawl.com. It is also, noting but a picture with no works that is a link to my web site. My picture (so called ad) is placed next to BlueTooth a domain name site. I told Nicole that no one will find my ad or even know what it is about, there are not words. What is going to make them click on this picture and go to my site.

In further investigation of iwebcrawl.com there are many more Bank Card Empire Affiliates that have been sold similar space and they all have only pictures and a link to their affiliates website.

This is a rip off, it is not fair competition, it is merely set up to rip off investors in Bank Card Empire and is not a way to target our services to the business community and has no viable way to bring business to my web site.
