Hello Here is my schedule of events as they occured, thank you for your consideration:

Received Fax in office.

Called May 24, 2013 and after a long deliberation and pushing of agent and his promise that the total monies of $300.00, then 2 x's $69.00 for processing and taxes and then maybe about $40.00 at the hotel for state taxes for a grand total of $438.00 = local hotel taxes was all that would be required I agreed and paid through my checking account with an internet check that cleared my account May 28, 2013.

Andy from Universal Travel or rather as on the back of my check ABCand123Corp said once check cleared I would receive the vouchers where I would need to pay the 2 X's $69.00 again I did for it was a part of the original agreement. I did receive immediatedly and I responded immediatedly requesting the 2 X's $69.00 for a total of $138.00 which cleared my account June 19, 2013. I was then told to wait and I would receive the vouchers...........

Now on July 15, 2013 I have received what The Travel Center says is my travel vouchers from yet another company called Grand Incentives, Inc. and asking for the chosen vacation and dates and to get these travel vouchers I must send another 2 X's $99.00 of monies. I was told nothing about and additional $198.00 at all for this is now way more expensive than what I could have booked on my own.

And of course now, the Universal Travel Center is too late to get my original $300.00 back and the other company that I send the $138.00 says ok they will at least refund $88.00 from the $138.00 and no one has done nothing and I am out $350.00 if I get the $88.00 back which will take months and months the young lady says.

Please we will not see our Grandchildren this year because of this and we are also out alot of monies. If you cannot help us then at least put them out of business so they can't take advantage of any other old dummies like me!

Thank you,

Tralene P,

Mineral Point, Missouri
