HELLO I AM MAGDEE I AM WORKING WITH A TEAM OF MEDICAL INVESTIGATORS INVESTIGATING A CASE ABOUT A FEMALE CONSUMER WHO WAS THREATENED WITHIN THE UPMC MEDICAL SYSTEM BY MEDICAL STAFF AND BACK IN AUG OF 2008 THE FEMALE CONSUMER WAS ABUSED VICTIMIZED AND BULLIED BY ALL THE DOCTORS AND CLINICS THAT SHE WENT TO ONLY BECAUSE THE UPMC MADE A COVER UP CHART IN PLACE OF THE ORIGINAL CHART THAT HAS BEEN WITH ALL HEALTH FACILITIES THAT THE FEMALE PATIENT HAS BEEN GOING FOR MOOR THEN 15 YEARS AND AFTER AUG OF 2008 THAT ALL CHANGER IN THE HANDS OF UPMC WORKERS. BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHANGED THIS FEMALE CONSUMER'S HEALTH RECORDS THE PAST RECORDS WERE ALL DISTROYED BUT OUR TEAM HAS BEEN ABLE TO COURT ORDER ALL PAST RECORDS FROM 1987 TO 2010 AND WE SAW INAPPROPIATE NOTES AND ANONYMOUS REQUESTS TO HAVE THE HEALTH RECORDS BEFORE 2008 DISTROYED , THAT CAUSED THE PATIENT TO BE NEW IN THE HEALTH SYSTEM WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEND AND CAUSED THE FEMALE CONSUMER TO BE IN DANGER WE HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE INCLUDING THE THREAT NOTES AND PICTURES AND THE REPORT OF THE FEMALE PATIENT SUFFERING ANESTHESIA AWARENESS WHILE BEING OPERATED ON THE NOTE STATED THAT THE FEMALE PATIENT DID OPIN HER EYES IN THE OPERATING ROOM AND MOVED HER TOES AND DOCTORS NEVER DID ANYTHING 8 WHOLE HOURS , WE FIND MANY ABUSIVE ACTS THAT WERE DONE ON THIS FEMALE PATIENT WE HAD RECIEVED SOME PICTURES THAT WERE IN THE CHART THAT WAS COURT ORDERED.
