Untied Access Financial Inc. Mail scam Ontario Canada

I was sent a letter stateing i won 250 thousand dollars and enclosed was a check for 4,980.00 and was told to call a number before cashing the check to claim my remaining money,of course i got a voice mailbox which was full. The letter also said this was a final notice and I had 5 days to claim my prize and that I was to send them a a money gram or western union for the amount of taxes due which comes to 2,985.00 . Of course there was no return address on the envelope no a number to call to talk to a live person,this is a very rude and mean scam to pull on someone
