It is not UPS

There are many red flags that indicate whether the email is fake.
1) The sender in the Email must match the Reply if it is for reply. Normally, phishing will have different account for sender and reply to.
2) The email that has a link which takes you to a different domain (not the usual corporation web site name). For example, if it is UPS, the possible domain must be http://xxx.ups.com/xxx where "xxx" is whatever their website implemented. If it is something like http:///ups.xxx.com/ups/xxx, it is NOT the UPS. You could set your browser to display the link while your mouse cursor is hovering on the link. That way, it is a quick view for you.
3) Most corporations/companies will never use email communication dealing with personal info regardless of any circumstance.
4) Any email from unknown that attached any file with extension of .zip or .exe is a phishing email. Never download and/or open the file.
5) Most scam/phishing email will be sent multiple times with different sender name or subject but most likely to have the exactly the same content.
I hope this would help some to understand what fake and what genuine email would be...
