From : Jerry , Title "What has Richard Brown done for you lately.?"  My report is like so many other of the 627 ripoff reports except for one thing/// UPS reported to the better business bureau of Atlanta that they had paid the shipper of my damaged Zenith record player and Liberty Mutual would pay for other damages, however the shipper was Richard Brown, a 20 year veteran of UPS and conversation with him discovered that UPS is claiming nationwide that they have paid the shipper and that the owner of damaged merchandise has to go after the shipper. Richard says they have not paid him and he is quite convincing and they refuse to send the Atlanta BBB a cancelled check proving it. Birmingham Alabama ups security officer R.H. said that he will beat me in Court every time. I hope we can get up a class action lawsuit on this and I authorize RR to give my email address to any of the 627 victims who are willing to help///
