Today, I was supposed to receive a package from Bose. By 10:30am. UPS supposedly had a 20 minute flight delay. Now at 3:30 pm, UPS thinks my package is still at the Ontario Airport hub, but really can't be sure. And even though the package was supposed to be delivered, guaranteed by 10:30am, now UPS isn't even sure when my package will arrive. Tomorrow, Saturday? Monday? They don't know.
UPS used to be good. When I called, someone answered the phone quickly and politely. Unfortunately, no one at UPS knows anything! How frustrating. They see the same info we see when we are using UPS' shipment tracking feature.
From now on ... I'm using FedEx. I'll request it just to make sure my packages don't get mishandled by UPS again.
