Kenneth Williams and Alice Williams are complete frauds! NEVER send them upfront money in advance regarding a "contract" to purchase a business--- they will take it and run.
Uptown Business Brokers is masquerading as a legitimate business broker, which supposedly assists with the buying and selling of companies. However, once you select a business and sign a contract they will want you to send them a "Good Faith" earnest money check. DON'T DO IT--- they will rip you off and run. I am now in the process of hunting these clowns down with the aid of a collections attorney. Kenneth and Alice Williams stole $5,000 from me and I have to use every legal means at my disposal to try and recover it.
I repeat--- DO NOT USE "Uptown Business Brokers"!! You will regret it--- they are theiving frauds!
