"Great news! After reviewing your resume, I feel you're an excellent candidate for our Office Clerk opening. However, I don't have your educational questionnaire on file and due to the starting salary for this position, we can't offer you the job without it. Once you complete the questionnaire, I will give you a call to schedule your interview. We can conduct your interview at 10AM on Friday Feb 14th or Monay Feb 17th, which day is better for you Kelly?
Complete your questionnaire now at http://education.uahgroup.com
P.S. If you're no longer interested in working at UAH, we wish you nothing but success with you career and future! However, I really hope we get a chance to meet with you - you will love working here!
Only the best,
Urban Asset Holdings (UAH)

Went to take the questionnaire...the questionnaire is about having schools contact you about enrollment after you give them your info and interests. Has nothing to do with an open postion with UAH as they say they are an investment firm.
