i made a purchase, and was billed 17.97 to my credit card in the name of Katie Mullins. order no.155834 customer no.161183. i have'nt been credited back from them, and this was done on 3-7-2002. i wanted my order, but now i just want satification.

please help me, this order was for a 3 yr. old. rita mullins p.o. box 1084 clintwood Va. 24228 order was to be shiped to my office at Faith Trucking Rt. 2 Tempest Branch COEBURN VIRGINIA 24230
