I have made eight e-mail inquiries and only one was answered - they said there was a computer problem (never said what they would do) also faxed info three times and they will not answer my questions. I contacted the BBB and urbanq would also not answer their inquiry. I am now filing a compaint with the Attorney Generals office of consumer fraud.
