They CLAIM that there was a mix-up in their check writing dept., & SOME people were sent multiple checks; some were sent none. They asked for patience while it was straightened out. I have been waiting for 14 months.
I have sent multiple e-mails, to let them know that I'm still waiting, don't intend to just "go away".They respond with a form letter; saying that I WILL get my checks; to" NOT SEND MULTIPLE E-MAILS about the same subject as it slows down the process."
