DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Fee = $2600.00
What I got in return = $0.00

I finally fired them after a year of run around. I did not get an offer in compromise of any sort.

They went through 4 attorneys on my case and the last one they threw at me had no clue about my

case.

The only OIC they filed was denied because they completely left my case by the roadside. The IRS

wanted more documentation and they did not respond and the case was denied.

Chuck Roberts himself told me he would file the appeal and never did. You have 30 days to file

said appeal and they missed that mark.

You will constantly be chasing them to do things. They take your money and move to the next client

and work on your case when they feel like it.

I now have a Federal tax lien on my credit report and public record. I am paying penalties on

failed monthly payment plans the IRS wanted because they did not respond to the IRS as no payments

should have to be made wile an OIC is in progress and I now am looking at wage garnishments.

I am worse off for having hired this firm and Chuck is a lying salesman. Stay away from this

company. Search at the IRS for the forms you need as you can file an OIC without an attorney.

I asked for my money back and they have not even responded to my request. They have stolen my

money and I am worse off for it.

This is a true statement and I am telling you now, do not use these people, they will only take

your money!!!

I will be filing complaints against them with the California BBB and the California Bar.

DENIAL OF FALSE CLAIMS

AUTHOR: URGENT TAX HELP - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 08, 2016

The person who filed the complaint did not identify himself.  What he failed to disclose is that in the middle of the negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service to accept his Offer in Compromise, he took it upon himself to contact the Internal Revenue Service Officer considering his case.

The complaining party is not a trained tax professional, gave misleading contradictory information to the IRS and failed to understand the implications of the questions asked by the Internal Revenue Service.  For the IRS, it was easy to disallow the claim because of the incorrect information given by the taxpayer.

Further, Urgent Tax Help, at their expense, obtained money orders to pay the Taxpayer's first installment payment and the filing fee, even though the person complaining was legally (and morally) obligated to pay the fees.  Urgent Tax Help went above and beyond their duties to assist the intermeddling Taxpayer who sabotaged his own offer.

In addition, the complaining party intentionally or negligently included persons and companies that had no connection to the complaint attempting to smear the reputations of companies and individuals who had nothing to do with his case.  The sole business entity involved is Urgent Tax Help.

The complaining party takes no responsibility for interference with the process and causing the Offer in Compromise to be turned down.  Further, the complaining party fails to mention the Urgent Tax offerred to resubmit a new Offer at No Charge to the complaining party if the complaining party wourld provide updated information necessary to resubmit.the Offer.  The complaining party never responded to the offer to help.  Urgent Tax Help worked on the complaing party's case for months and the case was progressing until the complaining party interferred and derailed the entire process.  Yes, Urgent Tax Help knows the identity of the complaining party but has chosen not to publicly humiliate the individual at this time for interfering and sabatoging his own case.  All he would have had to do is reply to the subsequent offers to help and the matter would have been resolved.
