us bank home mortgage Messed up my mortgage, told me how to fix and still messed up little rock , Arkansas

My wife and I bought a house over a year and a half ago. 
US Bank bought out the loan and told us to send payments to them. 

A year in a switched jobs and my paychecks were behind my regular schedule, I left US Bank 3 voicemails and 4 emails asking if I can delay a payment or do a payment arrangement for the one month. That was in Septemeber lest year. 
At end of December they called me saying were behind and it needs to be caught up. 
We setup a payment arrangement to pay the $834 over 3 months added to my house note. So we payed $1111 for 3 months. 
Well the 3 months were up in March and we still got letters saying they will foreclose if I do not catch my payments up which I just did over 3 months. 
Finally I got ahold of someone in the mortgage department and we went over the whole loan. 
She told me I could pay those at the end of the loan no problem. 
I have been trying to pay them but since my wife lost her job it's been harder. 
Well I just got another letter in the mail saying I have to pay another $917 or they will foreclose. 
Last month in person I setup bi-weekly payments of $417 to make it a little easier paying the mortgage but since then I'm still getting foreclose letters even after I caught my mortgage up.
Everything is current and should be perfect. 
Their customer service on the phone is horrible slow and I guess lies or doesn't know their job.
I've talked to 4 people on the phone and even after all 4 I keep getting these letters, and we do not want to lose our house.
