US Bank Wayzata freezes funds without warning and refuses to speak. Wayzata Minnesota
US Bank of Wayzata, MN received an information 'error' about a social security number that was linked to a deceased 67 year old woman.
Upon verification that this was a bank error, social security records verified and proven that the social security number indeed did NOT belong to a dead person, US Bank still refuses to speak, communicate and release the funds that have been frozen.
US Bank of Wayzata and Branch Manager Ryan Weber have refused to provide top notch customer service as stated in the US Bank Code of Ethics, by ignoring the customer, treating the customer as a criminal, and withholding all the funds in the frozen bank account, even after verification that the social security number was legitimate and not fraudulent.
Verification of the social security number was provided by the minneapolis social security administration, as well as the original social security card issued. The bank still refuses to release all the funds in the bank account and communicate with the customer with an effort to resolve the situation.
Branch manager Ryan Weber has been completely uncooperative, rude, and arrogant regarding the entire situation. With no access to the illegally frozen bank account, we have no access to food, utilities, rent, clothing and day to day expenses.
