If there is anyone out there that is being brutally screwed by US Bank home Mortgage I beg you to please contact me via any of the contacts in my profile as we are not allowed to post them in the body of our report. Where should I start? I have no idea but the general status as of now is US Bank is attempting to foreclose on our home and I am doing everything I can to stop it. HAMP program=BOGUS Their loss mitigation system=CRAP you want details? there will be details but basically those are the main reasons

The story is long and drawn out and I honestly am so tired of repeating it, I've gone to the media, etc etc and will not stop until I have results. 

Ok so HAMP.......right, fill out these papers and fax them and we in turn will help you! NOPE. Actually it's more like forget about ever enjoying your life again.

ME:  Hi US BANK? I'm falling on hard times and would like to see what my options are so as to not default on my mortgage and lose my home and ruin my credit

US BANK: Oh sorry we can't help you UNLESS you default, so why don't you stop paying your mortgage and fill this perfectly simple packet out and we will roll your late payments into the mortgage and lower the payments as well so you can catch up during this hard time

WOW how amazing and caring!?? 


Fill out packet eleventy times, get declined for this reason and that reason and for not sending a complete packet, forty seven times when in fact it's always been complete and they are just so disorganized and no one has a clue. four times declined. Miscellaneous reasons each time. In conclusion they don't want to help. They want you to fail and they are fraudulent scam artists that have in fact already been largely sued for this. 

They also will not accept payments after a certain point. AT ALL. unless of course you pay the entire back due, including their bogus late fees, after they told you to default. Is this really America? No, this is wrong. So they take no payments unless you pay in full plus fees, when in fact you were already struggling to pay. That sounds pretty fishy to me. SO here we are reapplying over and over and thinking THIS TIME we will stay on top of them and make sure it's RIGHT

NO. Declined AGAIN. This time they claim our debt to income ratio is too great. Ok first of all it's a hardship. DUH. Second of all their numbers were actually VERY WRONG and after the fact they admitted it. BUT because that case was closed we can only reapply. Even though it was their error all along. BEst part, you can't immediately reapply, you must wait a certain amount of days to be elgible again. SO no payments being made, no assitance available once again and we wait and wait for promised NEW packet that never arrives. WHY? cause no one sent it of course. SOOOO we call, and theres no record of anyone sending anything or knowing anything of course because playing dumb on their end stall this process so they can keep adding fees. 

Finally packet arrives and we also receive a letter from a lawyer that we are now about to be sued fo all monies past due and A GIANT late fee and lawyer fee adding up to be actually higher than our beginning mortgage was. SO people in need, with unforseen circumstances asking for help, get no help at all and a situation made extremely worse. I am never accepting this. They will get in trouble. THIS IS INSANE. hurray for bad credit and a potential foreclosure with three children under five. SO glad we asked for help, we were better off being late on occasion til things got better. 


dont even get me started on that. Way too long of a story. ABBREVIATED VERSION we suffered a terrible flood loss claim at our home. So bad we were displaced for months. US Bank holds checks from Insurance company until work is completed. Workers won't work without pay. We pay out of pocket to move home, and never receive full reimbursement because US bank held checks so long that by the time we noticed that was all the money, the claim was closed and we were screwed for every dime we had and then some. all around, I hate them, they have stripped my entire family of happiness for over two years and I will fight them until this is all over the news.
