I have been dealing with this company for over 4 months now trying to get the (ibr) income-based repayment plan set up since i can't afford to make payments and all I have been getting is the run-around, talking to someone different every time i call in to speak to someone about this issue and each person is telling me something completely different and how to fill out the paperwork differently even speaking to a manager and they telling me something different then the person the i just spoke to before said to me.

Even while speaking to customer service people are getting attitudes with you and being smart with you which is bad for the company and poor customer service skills. I have had the paperwork sent out to me at least four times now and filling the paperwork out even go as far as faxing the paperwork in to the company, waiting a while then calling in to them to find out the status for my account well according to them i am either filling out the paperwork wrong or they haven't received the paperwork and telling me that if i want they can send out the same paperwork out to me so that i can fill out the paperwork out again and mail it to them again.

This last time that i called the first women that i spoke to told me that they didn't receive my paperwork but yet they have in their computer system all the times that they have sent out the paperwork for me to fill out and they also have in their computer systems the paperwork received from me that was filled out incorrectly but nothing on the paperwork that i have filled out properly, i have mailed out the paperwork the last time on 10/26/2012 and they are saying that they haven't received it from me that once again they can send out the paperwork out to me for me to fill out once again

so i had asked to speak to a manger well speaking to the manager i kept my cool but she was being smart and getting an attitude with me and i told her ma'am you don't need to be getting an attitude with me since i don't have one with you she got quiet or a minute or two then she proceeded to still have the same attitude with me. I told her that yall have in yall's computer system when yall mailed out the paperwork to me but nothing on the paperwork that i sent to yall back in Oct she said no and then she proceeded to tell me that she can send out the paperwork to me again, or i can just send the copies of the paperwork to them or that i can do this online

yeah like I'm really that stupid not to have a paper trail, to have something in black and white for my butt nope I'm not that stupid.... so since the manager was getting an attitude with me i started getting one with her telling her that someone their is not doing their job properly and that something needs to be done about it, she didn't say a word... I am so tired of being a good person and trying to do this the right way and just getting the run-around when my next payment is coming up and all their doing is just postponing the payments by putting a forbearance on my account till they receive the paperwork. something needs to be done about this.
