Dear Sirs:

I received a call from a Mr. Kevin Gibson stating I am entitled to receive a federal u.s. grants from the grants department and I needed to call a Mr. Brain Carter When I called Bain Carter he advised me that he had my file and that I would have to pay a processing fee in order to receive the grant money.  I said I did not have any money and that if I were to receive money then I would not have to pay any money for a grant.  I would like to receive 7,849.00 for the disrespect I received he told me to suck on his private area suck his d**k that he gives away free money his number is 209-643-0614.
