US Post Office The US Post Office has yet to deliver a card from my aunt. It's been over two weeks since the card was sent. She also sent another relative a card and that relative already received her card. We tried to contact the local and national offices, neither of them care. I think it was stolen. My aunt sends cards with checks every so often so I guess SOMEONE decided to find out if there was something in there. I'm mad because NOBODY at the post office seems to care and I want them to know this won't fly by. Savannah Georgia

My aunt sent a card a few weeks ago and the post office has yet to deliver it. W've contacted the local post office and they don't care. We've contacted the national post office/center and they won't do anything about it. I think the card was stolen(my aunt sends cards fairly frequently with checks sometimes) and I think they must have figured it out. I want this post office reported.

Back in June 2009 you agreed to some "Membership", and before you say you didn't..you did.  It could have been in many forms, most likely by having you check or click a box after the purchase.   Now, are these methods sometimes "sneaky" and do they actually hope that you are not paying attention..of course.

But when you take them to court the very first question from the judge will be why didn't you catch this in July or August of 2009?  Unless you can come up with a very compelling reason, such as you have been in a coma or living on Mars for close to 4 years.  The judge is not going to rule in your favor.  Instead the judge will remind you how it is YOUR responsibility to monitor your statements every month.  As by Law you have 60 days to dispute a charge, so if your Credit Card gives you anything more than 2 months worth of credit..consider yourself very lucky.

You probably should review your other accounts to make sure you haven't signed up for anything else.
