 Marcel Sadus and his wife Margerita Sadus are involved in several crime schemes. They were hiring several real estate agents under the company call US Realty based out of Schaumburg. Offered them 100% commission and only a $150 transaction fee. After the closing, agents had to depost the closing check in their account per Illinois LAW. Marcel Sadus stopped all communication and refused to pay the commission. He has over 20 cases going against him. Illinois dept of finance and regulator's private investigator is looking into the cases also. He will issue an arrest warrant for him soon. Please stay away from these couple.
